一、 事蹟發生期限：
申請案之事蹟發生日期須介於 114年8月1日 至 115年1月31日 之間者，始得送件。
二、 申請截止時間：
即日起至 115年1月12日（週一）中午 12:00 前，請將申請表及相關證明文件送至物理系辦公室。
三、 表單下載：
請至物理系網頁 [線上資源] → [檔案下載] → [傳志獎助學金申請表] 下載使用。

1. Achievement Period:
The event or achievement you are applying for must have occurred between August 1, 2025, and January 31, 2026 (114/8/1 – 115/1/31).
2. Application Deadline:
The submission window is open from now until 12:00 PM on Monday, January 12, 2026. Please submit your documents to the Department Office.
3. Form Download:
