本項助學金限就讀電機、光電、物理等相關學系，且家境清寒或遭逢變故之學生申請（申請人及父母年所得在新臺幣60萬元以下）。

申請人須未享公費待遇，且未同時獲得其他機構每學期超過新臺幣5萬元之獎學金。另需符合前一學期學業成績70分以上（或學業成績未達70分，但班級排名在前50%）之條件（不含研究生）。

申請方式為學生須先至該協會報名網頁登錄提出申請（http://www.slceas.org.tw），完成登錄後再送件申請。 申請期限至 115年4月20日 止。 相關資料詳見附件。

This financial aid is open to undergraduate students (excluding graduate students) majoring in Electrical Engineering, Optoelectronics, Physics, or related fields, who are from low-income families or have encountered financial hardship (combined annual income of the applicant and parents must be below NT$600,000).

Applicants must not be recipients of government-funded sponsorships and must not receive scholarships from other organizations exceeding NT$50,000 per semester. In addition, applicants must have achieved an academic average of at least 70 in the previous semester, or rank within the top 50% of their class if the average is below 70.

Applicants are required to complete the online registration on the association’s website (http://www.slceas.org.tw ) before submitting the application documents.

The application deadline is April 20, 2026.
